We are so excited that you've chosen Pawsitive Renewal to be part of your self care! We hope you love the items we curate for you, and that this bit of pampering brings you joy.
When may I expect my box? Your payment will draft on the first of the month and your box will ship on or before the 15th of that month.
Is everything in the box personalized? At least one item can be personalized with your name, initial, or monogram if you indicate that you enjoy personalized items when you subscribe.
What if I don't want anything personalized? That's no problem at all! Just indicate that when you subscribe.
What's the commitment? There isn't one! If you need to cancel your subscription, please log into your account on this website and cancel. Please note – cancellation requests must be received 14 days before your billing date (1st of the month) or you will be charged for the following month.
What happens after I subscribe to the Pawsitive Renewal Box or purchase another item from your website?
Once you order, we will contact you if we have any questions and will process your order according to date of receipt, rush order status and time sensitive priorities (for example, Holiday related items). Promotions are only valid for new, online purchases and within time frame set by website, and advertised on social media (usually sales end at midnight EST on a specified date). If an item goes on sale within 24 hours of your purchase, we will refund the difference to your account.
How do you ship?
We ship by USPS Priority Mail, unless UPS is more economical. (Sometimes that happens!) Our turnaround is generally 2 weeks. If you need something sooner than that, we have a “Rush” option available, and please let us know this in your comments as well. More info is always a good thing! We will do our very best to accommodate your needs. All items are photographed before packaging, and shipping. You’ll receive an email with details about your package.
What if there's an issue with an item?
If an item in your Pawsitive Renewal box, (or other purchase) has a flaw, defect, or an error on our part, please let us know within 30 days and we will do our best to replace it and make it right. Sometimes our suppliers run out of items and an exact replica is not possible, but your satisfaction is our goal so we will work together to figure it out! There are no returns on personalized items unless the error is on our part.
